Terms of Service

Effective July 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the World of Wood application for iOS and Android and its companion web application (the “App”), operated by Xeratec. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

Authorized Use

The App is a private business tool for authorized World of Wood staff. Access is granted through a company-issued shared access code, which is confidential to World of Wood. You may use the App only for legitimate business purposes and only on devices authorized by World of Wood.

Acceptable Use

• Keep the company access code confidential and do not share it outside authorized World of Wood staff.
• Do not attempt to access data or features you are not authorized to use.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to breach the security of the App.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Data and Content

Business data entered into the App belongs to World of Wood. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and access may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of World of Wood or its administrators.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeratec and World of Wood will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
